- Consultant: Issuing a binding offer to the customer with a service description and acceptance period.
- Customer: written confirmation of the offer within an acceptance period.
- Customer / Consultant: Timely conclusion of a confidentiality agreement and an interim management or consulting contract in writing.
Consultant: The work starts on the date specified in the contract.
